Finding the answers to business questions by pulling data and transforming it into market insights? Prioritizing multiple projects? Collaborating across multiple business units? If so, the Senior Business Intelligence Manager position on the Market Research & Insights team may be the position for you.

Your deliverables derived from on-going client feedback will help drive excellence in the enterprise Project Implementation approach. In this role you will interact with stakeholders across all Fiserv businesses and gain product knowledge and knowledge of the Professional Services function.

In this role you will:

Apply your market research and database management skill sets to understand business needs to develop new automation methods to analyze and evaluate Voice of the Customer data across business programs and geographies

Craft and construct visually engaging, creative and easy-to-use data delivery solutions including dashboards, scorecards, infographics, and reports that enable users to be more productive and better informed

Design data visualizations used by business stakeholders to assess the Client’s view of their implementation performance and to take action

Provide analytics to inform and influence key decision making

Acquire, transform, cleanse, and interpret data from disparate sources to gain market insights

Improve the efficiency, accuracy, and functionality of the data delivery process providing users with quick and easy access to detailed and summary information

Develop and prepare strategies for BI processes and data architecture

Continuously push for process improvements to increase automation, and to extend and enrich the data

Coordinate change management in databases/processes with minimal user interruption

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

BS degree in business, computer science, mathematics, economics or other social sciences; MBA preferred

7 years with custom market research

7 years database management; Microsoft Power BI, Power Query/Pivot/BI, DAX, SQL Server Management Studio, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, HTML, SPSS, SharePoint Online, Adobe Acrobat DC

7 years of leading all aspects of report development process including and establishing scope, managing, identifying and prioritizing requirements; design experience building dashboards and reports, UX/UI design, and data analysis

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

MBA or Masters in social sciences

5 years financial services market research experience

Travel required

Less than 15%
