Role Summary:
The Associate Experience Researcher under the Product Experience Research – Consumer & Health Team will support secondary, primary discovery, and primary evaluative research needs of the relevant Product teams and Experience Design teams. This role is also responsible for the following duties: vendor management, maintaining research repository, arranging for logistics and setup of UX Lab, recruiting and scheduling participants for studies, creating research plans, performing analysis and synthesis of gathered data, and providing data-driven recommendations. This individual must be able to demonstrate knowledge and appetite to learn relevant theoretical foundations from Decision Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, and Cognitive Sciences in designing, executing, analyzing, and synthesizing research findings.

The Associate Experience Researcher supports to ensure relevance and quality of insights through thoughtful use of methodology based on sound research principles and practices. They support other researchers in managing partner relationships and collaborating across design, engineering, and product teams.

Responsibilities:
1. Supports the Development Appropriate Research Strategy Supports other researchers throughout the research process including recommending appropriate methodology, scoping, planning, and prepping for in-person and remote studies.
Assists in facilitation of broad large group ideation and discovery conversations.
Supports other researchers in engaging with customers and care providers in mindful, meaningful, sensitive, and ethical ways.
2. Assists in the Execution of Research Methodologies Supports the conduct, analysis, and synthesis of generative, exploratory, and discovery research.
3. Maintain Research Repository and Vendor Relationships & Manages Research Logistics Maintains vendor relationships and research repository
Responsible for arranging for logistics and setup of UX Lab, recruiting and scheduling participants for studies
4. Team Leadership Executes and help evolve the ethical, diverse, and inclusive conduct of research for the team.
Provides guidance on research outputs of Research Analysts.
Experience:
1 years of experience conducting discovery and evaluative research
Excellent tactical skills in executing generative, exploratory, discovery and evaluative research
Ability to assist other researchers in communicating and telling compelling stories of research output in intuitive manner using the most efficient formats appropriate for the target audience
