: World's premier provider of orthotic and prosthetic services and products is looking for a Manager of Market Intelligence this is a Remote role and is a strategic thought partner and analytical expert who provides critical contributions to Marketing and commercial teams, support strategic decisions requiring primary market research, Voice of Customer (VOC) and secondary data analysis. Experience conducting market research for the Healthcare industry veritical is required.
B2B Pharma, medical device, medical insurance, hospital/health system experience. The relevant experience specifically looking for are (1) primary research related to design and executing surveys/interviews/focus groups directly to patients, physicians and hospital executives (2) secondary research including claims and disease data mining and analytics.
Responsibilities
: Lead market intelligence projects for Hanger’s portfolio and contribute to strategic insights sharing across the company
Communicate and align key internal stakeholders around market research and analytics objectives and outputs, explain approaches taken as well as potential limitations and caveats
Initiate and execute on a qualitative market research strategy, including writing surveys and focus group discussion guides, data gathering and analysis, and insight summaries
Initiate and execute on a quantitative market research project, including data gathering, data analyses and triangulations, synthesize business insights
Research areas include national and local market dynamics, trends, and segmentations; customer groups including patients, physicians, and hospitals; utilization analyses including procedures, claims, product and service portfolio
Develop and present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders or senior management
Requirements
: BA or BS with a concentration in HealthCare Administration, Business, or Mathematics; Master degree preferred
6 years experience in market research, data analytic, or strategic analysis in healthcare-related industries
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint / Excel, skills in using statistic software. SQL skills a plus
