The individual will contribute to study coordination and administration, including development of study protocols, management of Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) and study progress reports, monitoring data collection in the field, interfacing with academic and/or community research partners and performing other study-related tasks as needed by the PI and Project Coordinator. u003cbr/u003eu003cbr/u003eThey will also recruit and retain participants for qualitative studies related to material needs insecurities among people living with HIV. The Project Coordinator/Research Analyst will assist with editing manuscripts; drafting presentations, reports and other materials, and support the development and writing of journal articles. Thus, in addition to the independence required for the research tasks, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative nature are needed. In addition, the Project Coordinator/Research Analyst will support quantitative and qualitative analysis and mixed methods research depending on previous exposure to, and/or training in, qualitative and quantitative research methods. S/he will be expected to make decisions in areas where standard guidelines are not directly applicable. Solutions will often require creativity, flexibility, patience and perseverance; there will often be no “right” answer.
