Senior User Experience Researcher

Profile

We are currently engaged in a search for a Senior User Experience Researcher who has a passion for impacting the customer value proposition and experience. In this role, the Researcher will:
Lead qualitative and quantitative research methods to better understand customer behavior and their needs and assist in identifying design improvements.
Conduct workshops, field studies, interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B testing, card-sorting, design reviews, and competitive analyses.
Create personas, scenarios, storyboards, conceptual models, journey and experience maps, service blueprints, and other artifacts to drive design vision and strategy.
Prepare and deliver research reports to members of project teams and other stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Assist in mentoring associate researchers in a support capacity and leading the delegation of tasks and resources.
Make presentations to cross functional business stakeholders and technical teams related to UX research initiatives, strategy and success.
The appropriate individual will have demonstrated experience in the following:
User Experience Research in a corporate / enterprise environment.
Advanced qualitative and quantitative research methologies.
A combination of research activities that include workshops, field studies, interviews, surveys, usability tests, A/B testing, card-sorting, design reviews, and competitive analyses.
The creation of personas, scenarios, storyboards, conceptual models, journey and experience maps, service blueprints, and other artifacts.
Customer research that includes UX related to consumer facing websites, desktop apps and mobile applications.
Research tools for moderated and unmoderated remote usability testing.
Senior level responsibilities mentoring and leading associate researchers.
Knowledge of human factors principals and research strategies.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid work environment with three days on-site and two days remote.
