Education Research Jobs description
The Education research manager oversees university formative, summative, longitudinal and outcome assessment activities. He also coordinates and implements various studies which support strategic planning and various planning activities.The education research manager establishes systems to assess the results academic research. He has to prepare interpretive reports to assist the university administration and deans to improve student learning. The education research manager implements and monitors other institutional educational program reviews. He also has to perform and coordinate institutional level assessment across degree programs. The education research manager designs the educational research databases of the university. He also implements improvements to institutional effectiveness based on findings derived from assessment data.
The job candidate should at least be having a post graduate degree in education and more preferably a Ph. D in the field.
