Zeno’s Global Strategy and Planning team is searching for a dynamic VP, Primary Research.

In this key role, responsibilities include:

• Lead the Research process from beginning to end

• Begin projects from scratch and turn them into a clear and understood marketing objective that can be delivered on

• Establish research objectives, develop proposals, execute and audit quantitative and qualitative primary research

• Develop authentic insights

• Stay current on popular culture through knowledge of trends and insights

You will succeed at ZENO if you are fearless, resourceful, tenacious, and bring to the table an expertise in client relations, a deep knowledge of traditional strategies, and a passion for emerging digital and social channels while driving great results and building strong, productive relationships with your clients and your team.

More about you:

• At least 8 years of experience, with agency experience preferred

• Proven analytical and deductive reasoning skills; able to translate findings into meaningful insights.

• Experienced Researcher, comfortable to lead the research process

• Strong project management skills; capable of setting priorities and meeting deadlines

• Possess excellent writing skills and strong presentation skills with experience developing and delivering client presentations

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment,

• Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client programs

• Excelled in your leadership experience, mentoring, and developing junior talent
